What You'll Do

  • Assist in the day-to-day administration and maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience in Implementation, Upgrade and Migration projects.
  • Provide support for troubleshooting, and service request resolution.
  • Experience in performing Refresh or New clones of instances.
  • Very Good understanding of Hyperion backup and recovery methodologies.
  • Provides break fix support, Service request resolution, performance tuning and remigration support.
  • Assist in implementing upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the system current and secure.
  • Work closely with senior level administrator, report developer and other stakeholders to support.
  • Troubleshooting of Installation issues and technical infrastructure issues.
  • Contribute to creating and maintain documentation for BOXI configuration, processes, and best practices.
