Responsibilities:

• Test and validate energy storage products (lithium batteries, inverters, hybrid/all-in-one systems).

• Conduct functional, performance, safety, EMC, and stability testing.

• Develop and execute test plans, analyze results, and prepare reports.

• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide feedback for improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors/Masters in Electrical, Electronics, Power Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years experience in inverter, UPS, or power system testing.

• Strong knowledge of EMC, safety standards, and testing instruments.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
