Summary

Support Property Management department by implementing, maintaining, analyzing, and recommending processes to support all goals and objectives in accordance with the strategic plan. This includes Operation, Legal and Real Estate teams by reviewing the lease contract to identify the due date and the renewal terms and be the link with operations and the landlord to help them on any situation according to the maintenance of the site. Support with the Property-Tax payments having access to People Soft tool, constant communication with the landlord and the municipalities to have these payments on time and form. Have a report with all the information from all AZ sites and constantly update it. Manage with confidentiality the information of the company and their stores.
