ESMH Coordinator

Job Summary: The ESMH Coordinators will lead the implementation of the WV Expanded School Mental Health framework at either Oak Glenn Middle School or Triadelphia Middle school, depending on location. This role involves collaboration with school staff, families, and community partners to deliver a comprehensive, tiered system of mental health supports. The coordinator will ensure integration of universal prevention, early intervention, and intensive treatment services using evidence-based practices. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct needs assessments in collaboration with school liaisons and leadership teams. Develop and support a school-based leadership team. Coordinate and deliver training aligned with WVESMH standards. Implement and monitor evidence-based programs across all three tiers.
