ESG Reporting Analyst

Job Description

• Lead ESG data consolidation, validation, and analysis across departments.
• Maintain dashboards or trackers to monitor ESG KPIs and inform program priorities.
• Interpret and apply prominent ESG frameworks to provide actionable insights for program execution.
• Support preparation of Sustainability Reports and internal ESG reports aligned with reporting standards.
• Collaborate with departments to gather data, provide guidance, and ensure internal buy-in for ESG programs.
• Support ESG trainings and workshops: prepare materials, co-facilitate sessions, and track participation.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve program design, efficiency, or impact based on reporting insights.
• Support monthly ESG alignment meetings: prepare materials, follow up on action items, and document outcomes.
