ESD Engineer based in Perai

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Prevent ESD events in the factory that can have serious detrimental effects on the products.
• Understand ESD phenomenon and requirement.
• Work closely with product/process engineer to understand the new product ESD station setup requirement.
• Buyoff new manufacturing lines in terms of ESD requirement.
• Buyoff new material/tools/burden items used in the manufacturing which must be ESD compliance material. Monitoring monthly ESD compliance verification results in production floor.
• Drive closure on all ESD non-compliance issue. Authorized to escalate any equipment, material or machine if any does not fulfill ESD requirement.
• Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
• Derive Continual Improvement. Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task.
