Position Title: ERP Technical Developer

Position Location: 5101 N. O’Connor Blvd, Irving, TX 75039

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional work outside normal business hours may be required (rotating 24/7) for on-call technical support.

Summary of Duties:

• Program, design, develop, install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain ERP system.

• Provide support on basic features of application software.

• Ensures API’s, web services and services accounts are active and flowing.

• Ensures ERP has no pending error BODs that will ultimately slow down system performance.

• Validates BODs are not out of synch.

• Builds, supports, and maintains developed workflows while identifying new ways to reduce points of failure.
