ERP Systems Administrator – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to manage, support, and optimize our ERP environment. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, security, performance, and alignment with business processes while acting as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

a)      ERP Administration & Support

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environments (cloud and/or on-prem).
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and data integrity.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Perform system updates, patches, and version upgrades in coordination with Microsoft and partners.
