Responsibilities:

• Compile and follow up on WBS, OBS, and CBS schedules/plans; report financial and operational performance.
• Manage customer relationships, address concerns, and follow up on solutions for operational/contractual performance.
• Control and monitor progress, scope, costs, resources; gather data & KPIs for reports and improvements.
• Support Risk and Opportunity Management activities and manage the risk register.
• Establish document management, support proposal delivery, and analyze Program Performance Summary (PPS).
