Job Description

Data Migration Lead is responsible for the planning, governance, and execution of data migration activities across multiple enterprise transformation programs, across the applications of SAP S/4HANA, Asset Suite 9 and ECC.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in data management, with 5+ years leading data migration for large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
  • Deep understanding of S/4HANA data architecture, SAP MDG, and cross-platform data integration, especially in Finance, SCM, and EAM.
  • Proven experience with industry-leading data governance and migration tools, including Collibra, Data Lake technologies, and ERP integration/connectors.
  • Expertise in comparing data and metadata across systems, automating migration checks, and ensuring data integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
