ERP Manager

We are looking for an ERP Manager who will serve as the functional subject-matter expert for Microsoft Finance & Operations (MS F&O) across the CITADEL Pacific Ltd. Group. This role will support ERP-related needs that do not require technical access, such as report building, master data management, chart of accounts maintenance, and user training.

The ERP Manager will also collaborate with IT and third-party providers to ensure smooth implementation, usage, and continuous improvement of the ERP system.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary functional expert for MS Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Build and maintain reports within MS F&O to support business operations.
• Review and manage global master data and chart of accounts.
