Required Skills & Competencies
2-5 years of experience in ERP coordination within Construction / Real Estate industry
Strong knowledge of Highrise ERP Kanixx (Mandatory)
Advanced MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
Good understanding of procurement, stores, billing, and accounting workflows.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Ability to train teams and drive ERP adoption across multiple sites.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Responsible for implementation, management, and optimization, end to end trainings of ERP systems across projects to streamline procurement, stores, sales, contracting, billing, accounting, and site operations. Acts as a bridge between technical teams and project/site teams to ensure smooth digital processes.
