ERP Implementation

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ERP system, including planning, configuration, testing and deployment
2. Coordinate with client and internal development team to ensure smooth implementation
3. Collect, analyze and interpret client's data
4. Recommend and implement best practices for ERP usage and data management
5. Train end-user on ERP functionalities and provide ongoing support
6. Provide first level customer support for ERP-related issues

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor degree holder (IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent)
2. Minimum of one (1) year work experience in the same capacity
3. Experience in any of the following is a plus:  ERP or accounting software
4. Proficient in SQL and database management is a plus
5. Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel)
