Job Description ERP Implementation Lead We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative involving the migration of custom-built and legacy business applications to a modern ERP platform such as SAP or Oracle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience participating in complex ERP transformation programs and a strong understanding of how enterprise business processes, custom applications, integrations, data, and reporting capabilities transition into an ERP ecosystem. This individual will serve as a key subject matter expert and trusted advisor, working closely with business process owners, internal technology teams, ERP vendors, and System Integrators (SIs) to evaluate requirements, validate solutions, identify gaps, and ensure the ERP implementation aligns with business objectives.
