Job Description
The ERP Implementation Intern will support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of ERP systems by working closely with functional and technical teams. This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship designed to provide hands-on experience in real-world ERP implementations, with a clear pathway to a permanent role as ERP Implementation Executive based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in ERP system implementation, configuration, and testing
Support functional modules such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, HR, or Manufacturing
Help gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Support data migration, master data setup, and validation processes
Assist in user training sessions and preparation of user manuals and SOPs
Provide first-level user support and basic troubleshooting during and after go-live
Coordinate with senior consultants and developers throughout implementation phases
