ERP Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Executive to join our team at Conext Solution Sdn Bhd. As an ERP Executive, you will play a key role in providing pre- and post-sales support to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. This is a full-time position that will involve a mix of customer-facing and technical responsibilities.

What you'll be doing

• Demonstrating and promoting our ERP software solutions.

• Providing technical support and training to customers on the implementation.

• Gathering requirements and translating them into system configurations.

• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with the ERP Odoo software.

• You will perform ERP Odoo customization and development, including modifying existing features and building new functionalities based on business needs.
