Lenovo is seeking a strategic Employee Relations (ER) Partner and consultant to lead initiatives and provide expert guidance in a transformational and multi-cultural environment.

Reporting to the Employee Relations (ROW) Leader within HR Strategy & Operations, you will collaborate with HR, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, business leaders, and employees to manage complex ER matters—ranging from investigations and performance concerns to policy shaping and interpretation and conflict resolution. This role is key to advancing Lenovo’s culture and employee experience in AP, with opportunities to support global ER initiatives.
