Equity and Engagement Manager

Job Description

TheEquity and Engagement Manager plays a key role in advancing our commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA), including Truth and Reconciliation. This role leads organizational culture and engagement initiatives, working collaboratively across teams to embed equity principles into policies, practices, and everyday work.

You will partner with leaders, managers, and employees to build capacity, strengthen engagement, and support meaningful organizational change aligned with our commitments and values. Through strong relationship‑building and influence, you will lead and advance IDEA initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment, integration and sustained impact.
