Equipment Technician

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electro‑mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
• Conduct equipment set‑up, calibration, and alignment according to operational specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage.
• Follow EHS and cleanroom protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and tools.
• Coordinate with engineers and production teams to ensure equipment readiness and yield performance.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest reliability upgrades.

Education & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in EE/ECE/ME or its equivalents.
