Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electro‑mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime. Conduct equipment set‑up, calibration, and alignment according to operational specifications. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage. Follow EHS and cleanroom protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and tools. Coordinate with engineers and production teams to ensure equipment readiness and yield performance. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest reliability upgrades.
Education & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in EE/ECE/ME or its equivalents.
- 2–3 years vocational graduate in Electro‑mechanics, Industrial Technology, or related field.
