Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Diagnose and repair small appliances and equipment (mixers, slicers, warmers, toasters, dishwashers, prep tables)
  • Install equipment and confirm proper operation
  • Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
  • Replace motors, belts, gears, bearings, switches and other components
  • Complete accurate work orders and communicate updates to clients
  • Follow safety procedures and food-service standards

What you bring

  • Experience with restaurant equipment or mechanical repair
  • Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read manuals and wiring diagrams
  • Strong customer service and communication
  • Valid driver’s licenseAble to lift, kneel and work in tight kitchen spaces
