Job Description
What you’ll do
- Diagnose and repair small appliances and equipment (mixers, slicers, warmers, toasters, dishwashers, prep tables)
- Install equipment and confirm proper operation
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
- Replace motors, belts, gears, bearings, switches and other components
- Complete accurate work orders and communicate updates to clients
- Follow safety procedures and food-service standards
What you bring
- Experience with restaurant equipment or mechanical repair
- Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read manuals and wiring diagrams
- Strong customer service and communication
- Valid driver’s licenseAble to lift, kneel and work in tight kitchen spaces
