Equipment & Process Engineer/Senior Engineer

PEN S J Electronics Sdn Bhd is an advanced material manufacturer. Our company is a manufacturer and supplier to the global electronics, semiconductor, and thermal management markets. We manufacture thermal interface material which is used in high power computing (HPC) and high power HP) industries.

We are looking for an experienced and self‑motivated Equipment & Process Engineer/Senior Engineer to be responsible for the following:

  • Responsible for high volume manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly process related problems.
  • Recommend and implement modifications for operating equipment in order to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques, and optimize production output for existing products to meet safety, quality, and cost indicator goals.
