Urban Life Solutions has an opening available for an Equipment Operator/Lead Hand position in our Calgary office within the Landscape Construction division. Under the direction of the Superintendent and Operations Manager, this position will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of up to 4 crew members while performing a variety of tasks and hauling/operating our equipment to assist in the construction of commercial and government (municipal, provincial and federal) landscapes

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrating safety leadership and safe work practices at all times
  • Working in accordance with ULS policies and procedure
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining ULS client relationships
  • Demonstrating strong leadership skills and overseeing a team of up to 4 crew members
