Job Details Location: Fairfax Apartments - Midwest City, OK 73020.
Do you have at least 4 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties and at least 1 year of supervisory experience?
Responsibilities Oversee other maintenance and grounds personnel.
Oversee ongoing maintenance needs, including preventative maintenance and repairs.
Work with vendors for contracted services, including capital improvement projects.
Prep apartments for make‑ready turns.
Perform general maintenance duties as necessary.
Be on‑call and respond to after‑hour emergency calls.
Handle snow removal and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
Perform preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems.
Complete work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry, and light electrical.
Qualifications Have a complete grasp of on‑site maintenance management.
