Equipment Engineer

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree: ECE, EE, ME, Mechatronics Engineering or Technology Equivalent
• Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the semiconductor OSAT or EMS industry, with specific experience in backend manufacturing (Assembly, Test, & Finishing).
• Supervisory Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role handling equipment technicians.
• Maintenance & Equipment Experience: Experience in line sustenance, equipment repair, conversion, and handling of automated assembly and related equipment (e.g. specific knowledge of wafer dicing, diebonding, curing, wirebonding, molding, deflash/plating, trim/form/singulation, tester/handler/marking, and metrology for TO-247 or similar packages). Background knowledge of testers and handlers like Tesec, Teradyne or Accotest is beneficial.
