  • Take ownership of assigned equipment and
    systems, ensuring uptime, MTBF/MTTR and efficiency

  • Analyze performance data and initiate improvements,
    upgrades and modifications
  • Develop, plan and
    execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities

  • Perform root cause analyses and implement structural
    improvements
  • Release equipment for production
    after maintenance or modifications
  • Create and
    maintain technical documentation (PM procedures, spare parts lists,
    FMEA)
  • Act as project owner for tool
    modifications and support IQ/OQ and new equipment
    introductions
  • Work closely with operations,
    maintenance and suppliers
  • Coach and support
    equipment engineers and technicians

  • MBO, HBO or WO degree in a technical field
