Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops the preventive maintenance plan, schedule, procedure, checklists, and specifications
- Provide technical assistance in installation, adjustment and maintenance of manufacturing company equipment.
- Ensures maintenance procedure, checklist, and required tools to perform machine / equipment repair and periodic maintenance are available
- Analyze equipment malfunctions and failures and accordingly develop corrective actions.
- Develop improvements to enhance equipment reliability and scalability.
- Develop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment failures.
- Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
- Performs buy-off, set-up, commissioning and qualification of machines and equipment for production use together with the Process Engineer
