Equipment Engineer

To troubleshoot equipment related problems including modification if required.

To resolve, follow up and guide technician for troubleshooting equipment and implementation of corrective and effective preventive maintenance.

To guide shift tech in daily activities.

To monitor, analyze and report performance for all equipment.

To participate in RCA, MRB, 8D and all discussion related to equipment issues.

To ensure all production machines are functioning at optimum efficiency through preventive and corrective maintenance so as to eliminate downtime.

To ensure spare parts and other facilities sufficient for daily task.

Job Requirement :

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical).
