**Job Description**
This role operates a Ready Mix truck and additional heavy equipment to support plant operations on-site. The equipment driver performs light maintenance, delivers concrete to production forms, and ensures safe, efficient, and timely operation in a fast-paced yard environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform light maintenance and basic service work on the Ready Mix truck to ensure safe and efficient operation.
+ Deliver concrete to production forms accurately and in a timely manner based on workflow demands.
+ Maintain the cleanliness of the Ready Mix truck, including washing with approved cleaning solutions and maintaining the mixing drum.
+ Conduct routine inspections to ensure the Ready Mix truck remains in good mechanical condition.
+ Assist with troubleshooting minor mechanical issues and promptly report larger mechanical concerns to supervisors.
