Responsibilities

  • Managing supplier communication throughout the execution phase of purchase orders.
  • Monitoring manufacturing progress and ensuring adherence to agreed delivery schedules.
  • Expediting orders through regular follow-up and supplier visits when required.
  • Coordinating the complete supply process to meet project timelines, quality standards, and technical specifications.
  • Ensuring timely receipt and review of vendor documentation in line with project requirements.
  • Coordinating inspection notifications with Quality Control teams according to inspection and test plans.
  • Managing logistics documentation and ensuring a smooth handover to logistics and project teams.
  • Providing regular progress updates and status reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Working closely with Buyers and supporting accurate project administration and reporting.
