We’re seeking an Equipment Coordinator for a major transportation client, with an immediate start in Edmonton! What We Offer:
  • $25/hour + 4% vacation pay added to your rate
  • Shift - Thursday – Tuesday (8am – 4:30pm)
  • Two months training – Monday – Friday (8am – 4:30pm)
  • Weekly pay, every Friday!

  • Free WHMIS and TDG training
    • What You’ll Do:
  • Trailer status updating & accounting for all trailer in the terminal
  • Setting up orders for Outbound loads of LTL loads & assigning & attaching trailers to orders
  • Assisting City & Central dispatch with trailers for full loads & spots
  • Pay sheets for Line haul drivers for border crossings & live loads & unloads
  • Setup appointments for trailer load deliveries
  • Assisting dispatch with manifesting & directing of drivers
  • Setting up google live for trailer availability & incoming loads
  • Clearing up available incoming orders
