Job Description
Attending and troubleshooting of wafer sort equipment during equipment down and low yield issues
To receive incoming wafer and support of wafer lot shipment
Carry out incoming/outgoing wafer inspection
Carry out wafer sort production support, equipment setup, lot transaction and lot shipment
Keep good housekeeping and good safety practices to adhere to company/department set rules, regulations and discipline
Qualifications
Diploma in electrical and electronics engineering or diploma in mechatronics or diploma in electro-mechanical
Fresh grade or 1-3 years experience in related field
Computer knowledge will be an added advantage
Willing to work on night shift
