Equip Maint Technician

Job Description

• Attending and troubleshooting of wafer sort equipment during equipment down and low yield issues
• To receive incoming wafer and support of wafer lot shipment
• Carry out incoming/outgoing wafer inspection
• Carry out wafer sort production support, equipment setup, lot transaction and lot shipment
• Keep good housekeeping and good safety practices to adhere to company/department set rules, regulations and discipline

Qualifications

• Diploma in electrical and electronics engineering or diploma in mechatronics or diploma in electro-mechanical
• Fresh grade or 1-3 years experience in related field
• Computer knowledge will be an added advantage
• Willing to work on night shift
