Summary Reemployed annuitant: This vacancy does not meet the criteria for appointment of annuitants. Responsibilities Assist the Equal Employment Office (EEO) Director and the EEO staff in processing complaints of discrimination and complaint-related documentation, and support to the EEO investigation process. Receives appeals of final Agency decision and final orders, prepares cases and coordinates receipt of briefs to ensure timely response. Serves as an EEO Counselor for the processing of basic EEO complaints of employment discrimination. Assist the Reasonable Accommodation (RA) program by tracking all requests. Serves as the records custodian, ensuring that official office records are maintained in accordance with record schedule and guidance.
