Summary The Equal Employment Specialist is assigned to Headquarters, Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC). Serves as a CNIC Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) EEO Specialist, whose primary purpose is to administer various facets of the EEO program to include complaints processing, reasonable accommodation, affirmative employment, and training.
