Job Description


As the EPM Systems Technical Lead, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the enhancements, monthly tasks, and feature set for our EPM solutions. This role requires providing technical leadership and managing projects to ensure our EPM systems meet the evolving needs of the business. You will work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT to drive continuous improvement and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities of the EPM Systems Technical Lead:

  • Product enhancements, delivery and backlog management:Define and monitor product goals and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the overall product strategy and business objectives.Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features.
