Job Description
• Serve as the primary end user–facing support specialist for the CyberArk EPM product
• Monitor incoming support tickets from intake and ensure timely response
• Support end users (troubleshooting, guiding through setup, etc.)
• Contact users directly to guide them through troubleshooting steps
• Handle new user onboarding for the EPM product
• Communicate with internal users effectively. Must be composed, articulate, and confident
• Collaborate with the team to support adoption of the EPM platform
• Provide clear explanations to users who may not be technically strong
