Role: IT Support Specialist - Epicor (Kinetic) ERP Technical Support Analyst
Location: Mississauga - On-site
Salary: $65,000 - 70,000 per yearPosition Summary:
The IT Support Specialist will report to the IT Manager and deliver end-to-end technical support across the organization. This includes setup and maintenance of hardware, software, and communications systems, as well as hands-on support for Epicor ERP, EDI systems, printers, and inventory tools.

The role plays a key part in employee onboarding, documentation, and driving technology upgrades including AI implementation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

Set up workstations, equipment, and user accounts for new hires; provide support on their first day.

Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, wireless devices, and mobile phones.
