Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading healthcare organization to hire an experienced Epic Analyst to support critical initiatives focused on referrals, patient access, and scheduling optimization across ambulatory specialties.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll serve as a key contributor in expanding access strategies and enhancing the patient scheduling experience through innovative Epic solutions.

Hybrid role – must be able to work onsite at least 2 days/week

This is a Contract-to-Hire position

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Epic build and optimization efforts across Referrals, Cadence, and Ambulatory
  • Design and enhance referral workflows, visit types, and scheduling processes
  • Act as a primary build resource supporting access expansion across specialties and BMDA
