Job Description
The Epic Patient Access Analyst is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Epic Cadence and/or Prelude applications to ensure efficient scheduling, registration, and patient access workflows across the organization. This role involves collaborating closely with operational leaders, end users, and IT teams to enhance system performance and ensure seamless patient access operations. The analyst will participate in system upgrades, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality functionality within the Epic environment.
