Configure, implement, test, maintain, and support assigned Epic application modules and related system integrations.Analyze user requirements, workflows, and business processes to develop effective system solutions and optimization opportunities.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application, system, and interface issues in test and production environments.Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and support system enhancements.Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, procedures, training materials, and change-management records.Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure application functionality, reliability...
