Epc commercial quantity surveyor – renewable energy

EPC Commercial Quantity Surveyor | Renewable Energy | Cape Town

We are looking to recruit an EPC Commercial Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the evaluation and negotiation of EPC and Bo P contract packages.

This is not a traditional procurement or cost engineering role . The focus is on interrogating EPC and Bo P pricing, challenging contractor methodologies and identifying opportunities to reduce underlying project costs through better execution approaches, procurement decisions and contractor strategies.

The role will involve working closely with EPC contractors, suppliers and engineering teams throughout tendering and commercial negotiations.
