About The Role

The CBRE Technical & Energy Manager will assist with managing the team responsible for the development and execution of energy management programs. This role is part of the Energy and Sustainability functional area, focusing on the implementation of environmental and social sustainability initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in sustainability consulting for multiple facility types to help meet goals. Create sustainability, resilience, and smart energy plans for multiple facility types.
  • Identify basic operational improvements through the implementation of opportunities to improve energy and sustainability performance.
  • Support sustainability goals and implement energy resilience strategies and programs.
  • Review data and interpretation of energy and sustainability reports.
