Job Description

Ventia is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to join our Defence Clothing System team. Reporting to the Fleet Manager, this role is essential in ensuring the efficient and compliant management of clothing inventory across the national network, supporting operational excellence and enhancing Defence capability. This role will ideally be located in Melbourne, however consideration may be given to other locations. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory transactions and distribution across the Clothing network.

  • Monitor stock movement using Defence systems such as CVS, MILIS, and SAP.

  • Respond to inventory trends and coordinate stock allocation to meet customer needs.

  • Engage with Clothing stores and support Fleet Managers in issue resolution.
