Construction is expected to run for approximately 17 months once commenced. This project consists of a single-basement, mid-rise residential build on a tight urban footprint. The builder operates as an integrated builder–developer group, supported by an in-house construction team and established delivery systems. Their model promotes efficiency, consistency, and strong program control across every stage of delivery.
