We are seeking experienced Control Systems & Automation Engineers to join our clients' maintenance and project teams. 

Responsibilities:
  • Champion the end-to-end process excellence focus, emphasizing sustainability and carbon footprint reduction.
  • Act as a change agent, driving the operation towards world-class performance.
  • Evaluate manufacturing processes, analyze throughput, and collaborate with project engineers and vendors to optimize process design.
  • Resolve manufacturing process issues and minimize non-value-added operations.
  • Develop standard work procedures and coach personnel on problem-solving concepts.
  • Collaborate with process specialists to control key performance characteristics and implement statistical process control.
