The Role
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Supervisor for a contract opportunity with a leading global mining company based in North Queensland.

This role offers a long-term engagement through to May 2027, providing the chance to work on a large-scale open-cut coal operation while leading environmental compliance and performance on site.

This position is ideal for a hands-on environmental professional who thrives in a fast-paced mining environment and enjoys mentoring others while ensuring best-practice environmental outcomes.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Support and mentor the Environmental Officer and Environmental Graduate
• Provide onsite environmental supervision
• Undertake environmental monitoring, reporting, and compliance management
• Deliver operational environmental support to site teams
