• Manage food services ensuring resident-centered meal delivery
• Conduct nutritional assessments and apply care plans accordingly
• Coordinate housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance operations
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules and compliance standards
• Hire and train staff in both Food & Nutrition and Environmental Services
