Reporting to the Executive Director, the Environmental Services Manager is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe living environment for all Southbridge Building residents, coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs by staff and contracted service providers, auditing and upholding standards in the laundry and housekeeping departments, and taking a lead role in health and safety for all staff.

This full‑time position operates within a fast‑paced environment with often competing priorities. The incumbent must set and meet project timelines and be comfortable with meeting Ministry and regulatory requirements.
