ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES FIELD SUPERVISOR - SOLID WASTE (Permanent, Full-time)

NATURE OF POSITION: Hiring one (1) Environmental Services Field Supervisor (Solid Waste) position. The Environmental Services Field Supervisor (Solid Waste) is responsible for the day‑to‑day supervision and coordination of Regional District solid waste operations, including landfills, transfer stations, and recycling depots.

REPORTING: to the Superintendent of Solid Waste Operations, the Field Supervisor provides front‑line leadership to unionized Environmental Services Workers and coordinates operational activities across multiple sites, often within the same workday.

This position ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations, permits, Collective Agreements, and Regional District policies.
